Best NBA player prop bets for Sunday 3/29/26

Sunday presents a nine-game NBA slate. Let’s take a look at three of my favorite player prop bets for Sunday’s slate on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Top NBA player prop bets

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander O 29.5 Points (-123)

The Thunder host the Knicks tonight, which is an important game for both sides. Oklahoma City is only favored by 8.5 points, which is a small spread for the defending champions. The Thunder are regularly favored by double digits and Gilgeous-Alexander should thrive in this more competitive setting.

For the last five times he has competed in a single-digit spread, Gilgeous-Alexander has scored at least 33 points four times. Jalen Williams (hamstring) is healthy again for Oklahoma City, meaning the Thunder’s big three of Gilgeous-Alexander, Williams and Chet Holmgren will be active. Even when all three of these players suit up, Gilgeous-Alexander is leading Oklahoma City with 30.8 PPG and a 31.6% usage rate this season. The Knicks held the reigning MVP to 26 points in New York earlier this month, but this was a rare showing for Gilgeous-Alexander and he should have a better outing Sunday on his home floor.

RJ Barrett U 1.5 Made Three-Pointers (+122)

Barrett is going to see some extra usage with Immanuel Quickley (foot) sidelined tonight, but that doesn’t mean Barrett is going to be active from deep in a poor matchup vs. the Magic. Orlando is allowing the fewest made three-pointers per game in the NBA this season (11.9). Barrett faced the Magic in January and he went 0-for-5 from beyond the arc that night.

Barrett is only averaging 1.7 made three-pointers per game while shooting 34% from deep this season, and since the All-Star break, he has failed to hit multiple treys in 11 of his 18 games.

Brandin Podziemski O 26.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-110)

The No. 10 seeded Warriors are trying to move up from that spot before the Play-In Tournament and the club has won three games in a row entering tonight’s matchup vs. the Nuggets. Podziemski has been one of the main reasons for this winning streak for Golden State. During this run, the guard is averaging 21.3 points, 8.7 rebounds and 6.0 assists in a team-high 36.3 minutes per game.

Podziemski is handling a 21.8% usage rate, shooting 51.3% from the field and he has finished with at least 33 PRA in each of these last three games. As for his matchup, Denver ranks 20th in defensive rating and this game’s 238.5-point total on DraftKings Sportsbook is the second-highest of Sunday’s nine-game slate. Podziemski should stay hot in this spot and clear 26.5 PRA.
