Baseball is so back! With the return of Major League Baseball, it’s time to step back into the box and swing for the fences with some home run props. Friday night features a nice seven-game slate with matchups in Toronto, Miami and Atlanta to start the party before heading to the West Coast to finish things out in Los Angeles and Seattle. Let’s take a look at the available options and find some juicy home run props on DraftKings Sportsbook for this Friday.

Here are my top three home run prop picks on DraftKings Sportsbook for Friday’s seven-game slate: Vladimir Guerrero Jr., T.J. Rumfield and Randy Arozarena.
Top MLB Home Run Props
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. 1+ Home Run (+321)
Vladdy and the Blue Jays begin their AL title defense by taking on the Athletics at Rogers Centre. Guerrero had an electric postseason with eight homers in 18 games after hitting 23 homers in his 156 regular-season games. Guerrero ranked in the top 5% of qualified hitters in xwOBA and the top 3% in bat speed last season, according to Statcast. He also smashed a pair of big blasts for the Dominican Republic in the WBC. He’ll be facing his Dominican teammate, Luis Severino, in his first MLB game of the season, and he has gone 5-for-14 with a home run against Severino in their past meetings. Severino was strong in the WBC, but Guerrero and the Blue Jays will be ready to roll to start the season Friday.
T.J. Rumfield 1+ Home Run (+451)
Another series starting on Friday night is the Colorado Rockies visiting the Miami Marlins. The Rockies made a change at 1B this season and added Rumfield from the Yankees this spring. Rumfield hit .285 with 16 homers in Triple-A last year, but he has shown an even higher power ceiling this spring. Rumfield smashed five homers this spring while hitting .286 with a .389 wOBA. He seems to have won the 1B job, especially against righties. He’ll face Sandy Alcantara in his MLB debut on Friday. Alcantara allowed 22 homers last season and 13 came to left-handed hitters, who posted a .404 SLG and .313 wOBA against Alcantara last season.
Randy Arozarena 1+ Home Run (+524)
The ball was flying out of T-Mobile Park on Thursday night with a pair of homers from two players and a total of six blasts. Arozarena didn’t get in on the action, but he did go 1-for-4 with a double while batting fifth in the order. He hit 27 homers last season for Seattle, which was a new personal best and his fifth straight year with at least 20 long balls. He hit 18 of those homers against righties and 17 of those homers at home, so he’s on the strong side of both of those splits as he faces Gavin Williams on Friday. Williams had a strong 2025 with a 12-5 record, a 3.06 ERA and a 4.39 FIP. He did serve up 23 homers, though (second-most of all Friday’s starters), and righties had a .407 SLG against him with an even higher .560 SLG when he was facing righties on the road. Righties hit eight homers against him on the road last year, so Seattle’s right-handed bats have sneaky value on Friday night, and Arozarena brings plenty of thump at over 5:1.
