DraftKings NBA Pick6 Fantasy Basketball Picks Today: Top Picks for 3/27/26

By: Bill Yin

We’ll have ten games on the NBA slate tonight, tipping off at 7 PM EST with the Clippers visiting the Pacers. The Nets will visit the Lakers to conclude the night at 10:30 PM EST.

There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!

This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.

Kawhi Leonard More Than 28.5 Points

Kawhi Leonard has been a steady and elite offensive contributor all season long with a career-high 28.3 PPG with .504/.384/.901 shooting splits. We haven’t seen Leonard sustain this level of play in his 30’s, and to see him bounce back at age 34 and elevate the Clippers like this has been refreshing. He’ll get a nice matchup tonight against the Indiana Pacers, who hold a 118.3 DEFRTG. The Clippers played the Pacers once already this season, with Leonard going for 29 points on 55.6% shooting from the field in only 23 minutes of game time. LA won by 23 points, and if tonight’s affair is any closer, Leonard should easily exceed 28.5 points as his expected per-minute production against this caliber of defense is monstrous.

Alperen Sengun More Than 20.5 Points

Sengun’s now posted two back to back 30 pieces, one against Chicago and another against Minnesota in two close losses. His scoring has been inconsistent this season, fluctuating from as low as seven points to a few 30+ performances in his last 21 games. As we turn the corner into the postseason, Sengun looks to be locked in as the Rockets aim to secure the sixth seed in the West.

The Memphis Grizzlies have very little front court size to challenge Sengun tonight. They’ll be without Santi Aldama, Brandon Clarke, and Zach Edey for the rest of the season.

Nikola Jokic More Than 51.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists

Jokic is averaging a robust 27.8 PPG, 12.8 RPG, and 10.8 APG. He’s sitting at 51.4 PRA on average and is in a good spot to continue bulldozing his way to the top of the West against a helpless Jazz team. The Jazz are dead last in conceded points, dead last in conceded assists, and 22nd in conceded rebounds. When Jokic is in such a good spot to smash his line, we have to just hope that the game stays competitive long enough for him to rack up the stats, because for him tonight, it’s a question of when, and not if.
