MLB Best Bets: Top Home Run Props for Wednesday 3/25/26

Home runs. Long balls. Bleacher reachers. Whatever you want to call them, people love watching and betting on home run props during baseball games. So much so, we’ve got a whole article dedicated to just that.

Here are my top two home run prop picks on DraftKings Sportsbook for Wednesday’s Opening Night contest between the Yankees and the Giants: Ben Rice and Heliot Ramos.

Top MLB Home Run Props

Ben Rice 1+ Home Run (+477)

Look, you could just bet Aaron Judge (+231). No one is stopping you. Honestly, I feel like I could count the times Judge’s home run odds were longer than +200 last season on one hand, so it’s not like it’s even a poor bet. Judge has a pair of long balls of Logan Webb, as well, which is even wilder when you consider that the RHP has surrendered just 0.55 opponent home runs per nine since the beginning of 2024 — the second-lowest qualified mark in all of baseball. But I’m not officially going with Judge in this article. Instead, let’s focus on Ben Rice. The 27-year-old managed a .589 expected slugging percentage off opposing right-handers in 2025, which was not only second to Judge on the Yankees’ roster, yet also the eighth-highest mark in the whole league. Rice finished last season with a 97th percentile expected wOBA (.394) and a 97th percentile hard hit rate (56.1%). If 20-year-old Lucas Ramirez can take Webb deep, a player with Rice’s batted ball profile should have no issue. …Hopefully.

Heliot Ramos 1+ Home Run (+910)

There’s several reasons to be underwhelmed by this game from the perspective of a home run prop bettor. First and foremost, the aforementioned Webb and Max Fried are two of the best ground ball pitchers in baseball. On top of that fun fact, this contest is being played at one of the worst home run parks in MLB and the Giants were one of the worst teams in the league at hitting LHPs in 2025. Woof. Still, that doesn’t mean there aren’t any interesting long balls odds for San Francisco. In fact, Heliot Ramos sitting at +910 feels slightly off. The outfielder had an underwhelming showing for Puerto Rico in the WBC, yet was on fire in Spring Training, slashing .409/.462/.773 in 26 plate appearances. Ramos has also easily been the Giants’ most dangerous batter against left-handed pitching the past two years, hitting .300 with a .249 ISO and a 152 wRC+ within the split. The 26-year-old has big time power — enough for even Oracle Park.
