There are only four games on the NBA slate tonight, tipping off at 7 PM EST with the Kings visiting the Hornets. The Nuggets will conclude the night by visiting the Spurs at 11 PM EST in a heated Western Conference clash.

This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.
Devin Booker More Than 25.5 Points
Tonight’s marquee matchup between these two Western Conference teams will feature the Suns hosting the Nuggets. Devin Booker has helped the Suns overachieve this season, with Phoenix reaching a 40-32 record with the seventh seed in the West. He’s individually been up to par, but not as good as last season when Kevin Durant was still in the mix. Book’s putting up 25.5 PPG with 5.9 APG and has scored under 20 points just once in his last five games.
While the Nuggets are an elite offense, they concede too much on the other end, coming in at 115.8 DEFRTG (21st in NBA). Booker will see heavy coverage all night, especially with Grayson Allen listed as Questionable.
Kon Knueppel More Than 18.5 Points
Kon Knueppel’s stellar year has been chugging along in accordance with the Hornets’ recent turn of form, during which they’ve gone 7-3 in their past 10 games and have surged up to the 10th seed in the East. They’ll have to continue smashing these must-win games such as tonight’s tilt against Sacramento, but they should have a solid shot of making the play-in tournament. As for Knueppel himself? He’s been redefining what rookies can be capable of, efficiency wise. He’s averaging 19.1 PPG while slashing .488/.434/.870, which is uncharacteristic for a first-year player, to say the least. Knueppel will look to continue building upon his ROTY campaign (he’s currently the frontrunner at -185 odds on DraftKings Sportsbook) in this smash spot against the Kings, who are posting a 119.8 DEFRTG on the season (28th in NBA).
Jamal Murray Less Than 6.5 Assists
The Suns are conceding a paltry 24.7 APG to opponents, which is the fourth best mark in the NBA. They’ve been tremendous in this category and should do a good job of clamping down Jamal Murray tonight. Murray has surpassed 6.5 assists only twice in his last five games. When Nikola Jokic is healthy, he’ll handle the bulk of the playmaking duties. As of two weeks ago, this duo is way ahead of every other duo in the league in terms of assisting each other. Murray was responsible for 3.8 APG to Jokic, and 3.0 APG when it goes the other way. Despite their chemistry, the Suns can throw up a tough cover, especially with Royce O’Neal back in rotation tonight.
