The NBA will feature eight games tonight on its slate. We’ll tip off in Charlotte at 7 PM EST with the Heat in town, and conclude with a fake MVP-clash at 10 PM EST between the 76ers and the Nuggets, but without Joel Embiid.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.
Cade Cunningham More Than 24.5 Points
This is a good matchup to expect a big Cunningham scoring night in. After all, the Wizards just conceded 83 points to Miami’s Bam Adebayo, who is not even close to the level of scorer that Cunningham is. But the risk of blowout greatly reduces the ceiling on Cunningham’s offensive output tonight, and his team is so vastly ahead of Washington in terms of sheer talent and production on both sides of the ball that it shouldn’t be a close affair at all tonight. Washington’s last five games boast a horrid 124.6 DEFRTG while playing fast, so Cunningham is at least a safe bet to get More than 24.5, but the only way he’ll approach career-highs is if the game stays close.
Jamal Murray More Than 23.5 Points
The 76ers will be without major pieces in Joel Embiid, Paul George, Tyrese Maxey, and Kelly Oubre tonight. Even with Philly’s season-long defense sitting around average (16th in DEFRTG), they’re not going to clamp someone as good as Murray is.
Murray’s case doesn’t need much storytelling. He’s putting up 25.4 PPG on the season and 24.6 PPG over his last 10, which even includes a putrid five point game with 1/14 shooting. Of course, that type of night is the exception for Murray, who’s otherwise been enjoying a stellar season with the Nuggets. The 76ers can’t load up on both Murray and Nikola Jokic, and we’ve seen this duo pressure every defense in the league en route to the number one OFFRTG they currently hold.
Kel’el Ware Less Than 10.5 Rebounds
The Hornets have been elite at denying the glass all season, which is a brutal situation for a double digit rebounding line for Ware tonight. Ware also happens to have a right shoulder strain on the injury report, and if he’s anything less than 100%, Charlotte is going to make it tough for him to hit this rebounding number tonight. Ware has eclipsed 10.5 rebounds just twice in his last five and is averaging 9.4 RPG this season. The last time he played against the Hornets on March 6th, Ware collected only four rebounds.

Enter an Amount
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.

When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Compete for Prizes
