Team USA meets the Dominican Republic in a marquee matchup on Sunday night, with a spot in Tuesday’s WBC Championship Game on the line. First pitch will be at 8:00 p.m. ET on FS1, as Paul Skenes takes on the formidable DR lineup, while Luis Severino tries to quiet the power-packed Team USA batting order. The USA is favored at -135 on the Moneyline, but another way to attack the matchup is by finding a few player prop bets that are strong plays in the contest.

USA at Dominican Republic Prop Bets for 3/15/26
Junior Caminero 1+ Home Run (+360)
Caminero has been one of the many DR hitters who has been crushing it throughout the WBC tournament. Caminero is 6-for-16 with a double, two home runs and six RBIs. Caminero’s first homer got the Dominican Republic off to a fast start against Nicaragua, and the team hasn’t stopped smashing since then.
The 22-year-old Caminero hit 45 homers last year in his first full season in the majors. He hit 32 of those 45 homers against righties like Skenes, and he had a .365 wOBA in the splits. He is 0-for-3 in his career against Skenes, but Caminero brings great value at almost 4:1 to go yard in Sunday’s matchup, and he’s my favorite option among the available home run props for this contest.
Pete Crow-Armstrong 2+ Total Bases (+145)
While the top of the order has deservedly gotten plenty of attention for Team USA, PCA has been providing plenty of production from lower in the batting order. PCA is tied for fourth on the team with five hits, three of which have been for extra bases. He has gone 5-for-14 with a double and two homers for an average of 3.0 total bases per game in his four appearances.
PCA has started three games for Team USA in the WBC, producing two, eight and two total bases in those three contests. He had two clutch homers in the loss to Italy and picked up two singles in Friday’s win over Canada.
Even if he hits ninth, he should get enough opportunities to produce multiple total bases again on Sunday night. His speed and aggressive style could give USA the jolt it needs against DR, and it’ll need to score plenty of runs as it tries to keep up with the Dominican’s prolific offense. Personally, I’d love to see him leading off, but that may be too bold a stroke to try at this point in the tournament.
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. 3+ Hits + Runs + RBI (+175)
Guerrero has been locked in throughout the WBC, going 7-for-14 with five runs scored, eight RBIs and a pair of home runs. He has averaged 5.0 HRR (hits, runs and RBI) per game so far this tournament, but on Sunday, DR will have to deal with Skenes trying to silence the lineup.
Guerrero is 0-2 with an RBI against Skenes in their MLB meetings, but as a key piece of an offense that has racked up 51 runs in five games, he should be able to rack up at least 3 HRR if the DR can get to Skenes or the USA bullpen to continue their roll.
The offense as a whole has looked like a juggernaut, and Guerrero has been right in the middle of all of it, whether that’s with a big blast or a Superman dive into home plate. You don’t get style points in this prop, but by targeting his HRR allows multiple paths to success for Guerrero in this matchup on Sunday night.
Bonus SGP Play: Kyle Schwarber 1+ Runs (-155)
If you’re building an SGP (Same Game Parlay) for Sunday’s showdown, one “sweetener” I like to add to boost the odds even higher is Schwarber to score at least one run. In the five games of the WBC, Schwarber leads Team USA with six runs scored. He has reached base a team-high 11 times and has a .458 OBP through five contests.
