The full NCAA Tournament bracket has been established, and the stage is set for this year’s iteration of March Madness. Facing off in the West Region of the bracket, the Wisconsin Badgers will enter as the 5th-seed in the region and face off with the 12th-seeded High Point Panthers.

Looking at the odds on DraftKings Sportsbook, Wisconsin opens as a 12.5-point favorite and holds -950 odds of winning outright. High Point holds +625 odds of pulling off the upset, with the game total set at 166.5.

The Wisconsin Badgers finished the season with a 24-10 overall record and ranked 23rd in the AP Poll. Greg Gard’s squad plays an up-tempo style and averages 83.0 points per game, which ranks 35th in the country, and they rank 30th in offensive rating. Nick Boyd and John Blackwell average a combined 39.6 points per game in the Wisconsin backcourt.

The High Point Panthers went 30-4 across the regular season and officially punched their ticket to the NCAA Tournament by winning the Big South Conference. This marks the second consecutive season they have qualified for the NCAA Tournament, and these are also the only two times in school history they have qualified for the big dance. High Point also leans on their offense for success, ranking fourth in the country in scoring at 90.0 points per game and third in offensive rating.

The winner of this matchup will play the winner of 4-seeded Arkansas vs. 13-seeded Hawaii in the round of 32. These matchups will be taking place in Portland, Oregon.
