The full NCAA Tournament bracket has been established, and the stage is set for this year’s iteration of March Madness. Facing off in the Midwest Region of the bracket, the Georgia Bulldogs will enter as the 8th-seed in the region and face off with the 9th-seeded Saint Louis Billikens.

Looking at the odds on DraftKings Sportsbook, Georgia opens as a 2.5-point favorite and holds -142 odds of winning outright. Saint Louis holds +120 odds of pulling off the upset, with the game total set at 170.5.
The Georgia Bulldogs went 22-10 across the regular season, but faded a bit down the stretch. They lost seven of their final 13 games, including being upset by Ole Miss in the SEC Conference Tournament. Michael White’s squad is one of the best offensive teams in the country, ranking fifth among D1 teams in scoring at 89.8 points per game, but have some defensive concerns.
The Saint Louis Billikens finished the season with a 28-5 overall record and climbed to as high as 18th in the AP Poll this year. The Billikens also score the ball at a high rate, ranking 11th in the country in scoring with 87.2 points per game. Saint Louis has had more impressive flashes defensively, but Georgia is sure to challenge them as the most dynamic offense they have faced all year. Robbie Avila headlines the production with 12.9 points, 4.5 rebounds, and 4.1 assists per game.
The winner of this matchup will play top-seeded Michigan in the following round, as long as the Wolverines take care of business when they face the winner of UMBC and Howard in the First Four. Georgia and Saint Louis will be facing off at the KeyBank Center in Buffalo, New York.
