Duke Blue Devils vs. Siena Saints Opening Odds
Looking at the odds on DraftKings Sportsbook, Duke opens as a 26.5-point favorite over Siena with the game total set at 136.5.

Duke finished the season as the top-ranked team in the AP Poll and successfully won the ACC Tournament to maintain momentum. The Blue Devils hold a 32-2 overall record, with Cameron Boozer making a strong case for the best player in the country all season. There are some injury concerns on this roster, but the Blue Devils earned the outright top seed for a reason.
The Siena Saints earned their trip to the NCAA Tournament by winning the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC). Gerry McNamara’s squad went 23-11 this season, which marks the program’s best record since 2009-10. This also marks Siena’s first time back in the NCAA Tournament since this same season.
The winner of this matchup will play the winner of 8-seeded Ohio State vs. 9-seeded TCU in the round of 32. The opening two rounds are fairly close to home for the Blue Devils, as they will be facing off in Greenville, South Carolina.
