March Madness Betting: College Restrictions

The following states do not permit betting on local colleges:

NJ, NH, IL, VA, NY, WA, OR, DC, ME

Note: CT, MA and VT are subject to regulatory requirements

The following states do not permit betting on collegiate games played in local state:

NJ, NH, OR, DC

Note: WA is subject to regulatory requirements

The following states do not permit betting on collegiate player props:

VA, NY, AZ, CO, LA, PA, TN, OR, OH, MD, MA, VT

Note: IN does not permit betting on live collegiate player props

The following states do not permit betting on collegiate team props:

VA, OR

Note: Arizona does not permit betting on collegiate single-team totals; TN does not permit betting on live collegiate team props

The following states do not permit betting on College Player Awards:

VA, CT, NY, CO, OR, MA, VT

MD notice: Certain period-based college basketball markets (Men’s 1H; Women’s 1Q) have been removed in compliance with state regulations.
