What happened to Cam Johnson? Live injury updates for Nuggets vs. Thunder on Monday 3/9/26

UPDATE: Johnson has returned to the game.

With 10:57 left in the third quarter of Monday’s game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, Cam Johnson was replaced by Tim Hardaway Jr. Johnson went to the locker room due to back spasms and is questionable to return.

Prior to exiting, Johnson contributed two points, two rebounds and an assist in 16 minutes of action.

If Johnson is unable to continue, Hardaway Jr. would be the primary beneficiary. He is already up to 22 points, two rebounds and an assist in 21 minutes of action early into the third quarter. Hardaway Jr. has shot 9-of-14 and 7-of-10 from downtown.
