In his UFC career, Brundage is 5-7-1 in his 13 fights in the UFC and is in desperate need of a victory to continue competing in the top MMA promotion. He has a tough challenge in front of him, as Johnson is an impressive prospect with a 7-0 record with seven finishes.
On DraftKings Sportsbook, Johnson is a massive -850 favorite in this matchup while Brundage is the underdog at +575. Johnson is -350 to win this bout via submission or knockout, which you don’t see very often in the UFC. Since six of his seven victories in his career have come in the first round, my favorite play is taking Johnson to beat Brundage in the first five minutes of this fight at +100.
