The Big 12 regular season champions, the Arizona Wildcats, are in Boulder to take on the Colorado Buffaloes at 11:00 p.m. ET. Arizona enters its final regular-season game with a 28-2 record and 15-2 in the Big 12, while Colorado is 17-13 and 7-10 in the conference.

Arizona has won five straight games since losing two in a row to Kansas and Texas Tech. With Koa Peat back in the fold, Arizona has looked like its previous dominant self, beating Iowa State by 16 points and Kansas by 13 points. Arizona possesses one of the deepest rosters in college basketball with Brayden Burries, Jaden Bradley, and Koa Peat as their top three leading scorers.
This is a mismatch as Arizona is third on KenPom while Colorado is 65th. The Buffaloes rank 55th in offensive rating and 115th in defensive rating. Meanwhile, Arizona’s offensive rating is No. 8, while its defensive rating is No. 3. Colorado is coming off a victory over Utah and is 3-1 in its past four contests. But when facing tougher competition, the Buffaloes have struggled, going 0-6 this season against top-25 opponents. Colorado has four players averaging double-digit points, with Isaiah Johnson leading the way with 16.6 points per game.
Arizona averages nearly seven more points per game than Colorado, but its biggest advantage comes on the defensive end. Colorado allows 78.7 points per contest, the fourth most in the Big 12, which is 10.5 points more than Arizona. Since Colorado is led by their backcourt, it is an opportunity for the Wildcats to feature their frontcourt more often. Arizona has a terrific frontcourt with Koa Peat, Motiejus Krivas, and Tobe Awaka. The Wildcats have won back-to-back games by at least 15 points and have 18 victories this season by 15-plus. Even though this game is on the road, the Wildcats enter the contest with a ton of momentum after beating three-ranked opponents in the last two weeks.
