Bam Adebayo Double-Double, Yes (+119): Adebayo’s been on quite the scoring kick as of late, having registered at least 20 points in four straight starts coming into action on Friday. That includes registering 21 points and seven rebounds in just 24.9 minutes of action versus the Nets on Thursday, as there’s little need to play your starters in the fourth quarter against Brooklyn at this point in tanking season. I would expect Adebayo to be on the court far longer in this evening’s matchup with the white-hot Hornets. The veteran big man has 24 double-doubles in his 55 games in 2025-26. However, he’s managed a double-double in eight of his last 11 starts where he logged in excess of 30 minutes of playing time. The Heat will need the best version of Adebayo if they have any shot of surviving Charlotte. At plus-money, I see the appeal of this prop in the public eye.
Jayson Tatum First Point Scorer (+474): I’m shocked this isn’t the most popular prop bet of the slate. I’m more shocked seven different Jayson Tatum props don’t appear on this list, as the All-Star returns on Friday from a 10-month injury absence. Still, from a narrative perspective, this is the one that makes the most sense — even if it involves a notoriously unpredictable market. We don’t know exactly how limited Tatum’s minutes will be against the Mavericks, but we do know that he’ll be starting. I could also see the logic of the Celtics wanting to get the ball in his hands as soon as possible. I mean, can’t you just see Tatum hitting a step-back jumper to open the scoring and the Boston crown exploding with glee? It’s a movie script. In terms of actual statistical analysis, Tatum owned a 28.4% usage rate in the first quarter last season.
Karl-Anthony Towns Double-Double, Yes (-188): Banking on Towns to get a double-double has been a pretty reliable wager in 2025-26. That’s sort of what happens when a generational big man scorer also happens to lead the league in total rebounds (699). KAT has 43 double-doubles in his 59 starts. Specific to recent weeks, the All-Star has a double-double in 13 of his last 15 contests. That would have been 14 of his past 16, yet Towns was only able to score eight points on January 28 — the night he grabbed 22 boards against the Raptors. At -188 odds, this might be more of a parlay piece than a straight bet, but either way, it’s likely to cash.
