Detroit Pistons wing Ausar Thompson exited Thursday’s game vs. the San Antonio Spurs early due to an ankle injury and did not return.

The injury may leave some DraftKings Sportsbook bettors wondering whether the Early Exit program is in effect.

Since Thompson left during the first half due to injury and will not return, Early Exit does apply in this case.

Single pre-game and live prop bets on his lines will settle as a loss but be refunded via cash credits within 24 hours of the game’s conclusion. Parlays involving Thompson’s lines will remain open with recalculated odds after affected legs are voided.

Thompson played just two minutes on Thursday and did not record a counting stat. He was injured on a drive to the basket, rolling his ankle in the process.
