The NBA has five games spread across the final day of February, and in the only Eastern Conference matchup of the evening, the Toronto Raptors are visiting the nation’s capital to take on the Washington Wizards at Capital One Arena. Each team has some exciting players and pieces, and while the Raptors are the heavy favorites, there are some intriguing player prop bets on each side of the contest. Let’s break down Saturday’s matchup and find some Raptors vs. Wizards player prop bets to add to the card.
In the overall matchup, the Raptors are heavy 13.5-point road favorites with the total set at 226.5 on DraftKings Sportsbook.
The Raptors are coming off back-to-back home losses this past week against the Thunder and Spurs. The two losses dropped them to 34-25, currently the No. 4 seed in the Eastern Conference. Meanwhile, the Wizards are 16-42 with the third-worst record in the conference and have lost three straight since winning their first two games after the All-Star break.
On the injury report, the Wizards upgraded Kyshawn George, Will Riley and Tristan Vukcevic from questionable to available, while Collin Murray-Boyles is doubtful for Toronto.
Raptors vs. Wizards Best Prop Bets
Bilal Coulibaly o9.5 Points (-116)
The Wizards’ rotation has been hard to figure out since they are trying to do so many different things as the season winds down, including getting a look at some of their young players and avoiding injuries with other future parts of their core.
Coulibaly has been limited to 38 games this season, but the 21-year-old from France has still managed to average 10.1 points per game despite the team watching his workload carefully.
He has played no more than 25 minutes in any of his last six games but has still managed to score at least 10 points in five of those contests, including four of his five since the break. He averaged 12.2 points in 22.0 minutes per game in those six contests.
Even with George back in the mix, Coulibaly should still get enough work to score 10 points. If the Wizards give him any extra run, he has a very high ceiling.

Scottie Barnes u31.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-117)
Barnes has an extremely high ceiling and the ability to go off in any matchup, so taking the under with such a star is always a risky option. However, with most of the Raptors’ rotation healthy, Barnes doesn’t have to do all the heavy lifting on offense and can defer to RJ Barrett, Immanuel Quickley and Brandon Ingram.
While he’s averaging 32.9 PRA (points, rebounds and assists) on the season, he has come in under this prop line in each of his three games since the All-Star break and six of his last eight overall.
He had just 25 and 21 PRA in the two midweek losses to the Thunder and Spurs. While I do expect a much better performance overall from the Raptors, they could quickly turn this game lopsided, cutting into Barnes’ usual workload and helping to keep him under this PRA prop line.
Kyshawn George u6.5 Rebounds + Assists (-115)
Another under that I like in this matchup is the under on George’s rebounds and assists. While I’m a big fan of George and his long-term potential, he’s likely going to be at less than his full workload on Saturday.
He missed three of the team’s last eight games and was on the floor for under 25 minutes in each of the games in which he was available. He finished under this rebounds and assists prop in seven of eight games in February as the Wizards have tried to limit his workload as well.
George could be more aggressive in his return, so I’m not targeting his points prop. It seems likely he won’t grab seven or more rebounds and assists though, especially if things get lopsided.
Bonus Parlay Pick: Ja’Kobe Walter o10.5 Points + Rebounds (-122)
If you’re building an SGP (Same Game Parlay) from this Saturday night matchup, adding the over on Walter’s points plus rebounds boosts the odds to a solid +950 for these four Raptors-Wizards bets.
Walter has gone over this prop line in each of the four games he has played since the All-Star break with 18, 15, 21 and 12 points plus rebounds. He should be one of the first players off the bench for the Raptors in this game, especially if they go a little smaller without Murray-Boyles. The athletic forward can post big totals when he’s in a big role and could help clean up in garbage time, but he should be able to reach the over on this prop in multiple game scripts.
