DraftKings’ main slate for Wednesday starts at 7:00 PM EST and features the first five games of the night. DraftKings continues to offer huge contests for DFS players, and below, I break down some of my favorite NBA DFS options at each position for Wednesday’s NBA action.

Kevin Porter Jr., Milwaukee Bucks vs. Cleveland Cavaliers, $8,100
With Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) sidelined and Porter Jr. fully healthy again, the guard has been flourishing, scoring at least 43 FPTS in seven of his last eight, including a 57.75 FPTS effort in a win over the Heat last night. Porter Jr. is leading the Bucks with 1.3 FPTS per minute with Antetokounmpo off the floor this season, thanks to a 27.4% usage rate and a 38.1% assist rate.
The Cavaliers rank 12th in defensive rating this season, but they are playing their second game in two nights and rank 11th in pace. Porter Jr.’s strong play should continue in this spot and he is a great high-end value at $8,100.

Reed Sheppard, Houston Rockets vs. Sacramento Kings, $5,000
With Amen Thompson (quad) out, Sheppard is the top value on the slate in this prime spot vs. the Kings, who rank second-to-last in defensive rating this season. Thompson has only missed one game this season, recently on February 7th and despite facing the Thunder’s league-best defense, Sheppard scored 33.25 FPTS in 31.5 minutes.
That workload was a big upgrade from Sheppard’s 24.6 minutes per game average for the season and the former lottery pick should see right around 30 minutes again tonight, positioning Sheppard to beat his salary with ease. With Thompson off the floor this season, Sheppard produces 1.0 FPTS per minute with a 22.9% usage rate.

Stud
Alperen Sengun, Houston Rockets vs. Sacramento Kings, $9,300
Sengun has many things working in his favor tonight. First off, he is facing a Kings team that he has dominated for 47.1 FPTS per game in three matchups this season. Plus, Thompson’s absence is a boost for Sengun.
In that lone other game without Thompson this season, Sengun went off for a triple-double of 65 FPTS vs. the Thunder. The big man leads the Rockets with 1.3 FPTS per minute with Thompson off the court this season and Sengun is the best pay-up option at forward for this slate.

Gui Santos, Golden State Warriors at Memphis Grizzlies, $6,100
Santos has been awesome with Stephen Curry (knee) out. Santos has topped 30 FPTS in six of the last seven with Curry sidelined, most notably with a 45 FPTS outburst vs. the Pelicans last night. Santos logged 39 minutes in this contest and he should be in line for another huge workload tonight, with the Warriors possibly even more shorthanded than usual, given this is the second leg of a back-to-back set for the team.
Santos is generating 1.0 FPTS per minute with Curry off the floor this season and Santos is way underpriced for this matchup vs. the Grizzlies, who rank 10th in pace and 18th in defensive rating this season.

Center
Stud
Victor Wembanyama, San Antonio Spurs at Toronto Raptors, $10,900
Wembanyama has been dominant, scoring over 60 FPTS in four of his last seven and this $10,900 salary is just too low for the superstar. Wembanyama is scoring a massive 1.8 FPTS per minute with a 33.1% usage rate this season and while this Raptors’ defense he is facing tonight ranks sixth in rating this season, they should be weaker than usual on that end of the floor with this being their second game in two nights.
The Spurs’ 118.5-point implied team total on DraftKings Sportsbook is the third-highest on the slate and Wembanyama has scored at least 64 FPTS in three of the last four games he has played behind and implied team total of 118 points or more.

Value
Precious Achiuwa, Sacramento Kings at Houston Rockets, $4,800
Achiuwa has been productive as a starter for the Kings, recording a double-double of over 40 FPTS in two of his last three. The veteran logged over 30 minutes in both of those games and Achiuwa should see big minutes again tonight, as Sacramento needs his size for this matchup vs. the lengthy Rockets.
Houston ranks fifth in defensive rating, but if the high volume continues for Achiuwa, he absolutely could have another strong fantasy performance. This season, the big man is averaging 0.9 FPTS per minute and 32.3 FPTS per game for the 12 instances he has logged at least 25 minutes.
