The NHL Olympic break has concluded, and daily hockey has returned. Tonight, there is an eight-game slate to choose from, with first puck drop scheduled for 7:00 p.m. ET.

Best NHL props for Wednesday 2/25/26
Josh Norris 1+ Point (-110)
Norris will make his return to the lineup tonight following a 12-game absence and a hefty rest period during the Olympic break. The 26-year-old has been productive in limited fashion this season, totaling 17 points across 19 appearances, and he leads the Sabres in points per 60 and ranks third in 5v5 points per 60. There’s also a chance that Tage Thompson doesn’t suit up after joining the team early this morning following gold medal celebrations, which could slot Norris back into the 1C spot. Buffalo is a top-five 5v5 team, ranking fifth in 5v5 goals per 60, while New Jersey is a poor 5v5 team defensively, ranking 10th in 5v5 goals against per 60.
Brandon Hagel Anytime Goalscorer (+160)
Hagel ranks second on the Lightning in goals (27) behind only Nikita Kucherov. He ranks seventh in the NHL in 5v5 goals per 60 and draws a juicy matchup against the Maple Leafs, who rank first in 5v5 goals against per 60 this season. The 27-year-old is on pace for a career season, and he netted a goal in two of the final three games before the break. Toronto has yet to announce its starting goaltender, though, I expect Joseph Woll to start, given his play compared to his teammates and Tampa Bay’s offensive prowess. Additionally, the Maple Leafs rank fifth in goals allowed to opposing right wingers.
Pavel Dorofeyev 3+ Shots on Goal (-120)
Jack Eichel has already been ruled out for tonight’s game, thanks to Team USA’s celebrations. While it’s unlikely, there’s also a chance the Canadians –– Mitch Marner and Mark Stone –– are sidelined, which could result in plenty of opportunities for Dorofeyev to produce offensively. He is an inconsistent shooter, clearing this line in five of his past 10 outings, with three of those misses resulting in zero-shot games. Still, he ranks 28th in the NHL in shot attempts per 60. Additionally, the 25-year-old Russian has notched 3+ SOG in five of seven games with Eichel sidelined this season. The Kings aren’t necessarily a friendly matchup for shots, and Dorofeyev missed the mark by one shot against them in the final game before the break, but Vegas is going to be short-handed, and the available players must step up.
