DraftKings will be running it’s popular King of the Court promo on tonight’s four-game NBA slate. Users who opt have the chance to split $2 million in bonus bets by placing a player prop bet on the DraftKings Sportsbook on the player who ultimately leads that night in total points, rebounds and assists.
Seems simple enough, right? Why wouldn’t you just place a bet and use your token on the highest usage option on that slate and call it a day? Michael Porter Jr., Brooklyn Nets
Porter Jr. missed a couple of games before the All-Star break due to a knee issue, which sort of set off tanking alarm bells in my brain. I couldn’t have been the only one, right? The Nets are 15-41 entering play on Tuesday. That’s the third-worst record in the NBA, and there’s more precious ping pong balls to be gained down the stretch. That said, Porter Jr. has filled his usual role in Brooklyn’s past two contests, logging at least 34.5 minutes in both. For 2025-26 as a whole, the former lottery pick leads the Nets in points per game (24.5) and usage rate (30.1%), while he’s also posting career-highs in rebounds per game (7.2) and assist rate (19.2%). Basically, he has an incredibly high ceiling in a PRA contest — which is exactly what King of the Court is. Remember, this is a man who closed out January by scoring at least 30 points in three of his final four starts of the month. Look for Porter Jr. to take advantage of a soft matchup against the Mavericks, a team that ranks fourth in pace (103.4) and 26th in defensive rating (119.2) over its last 10 contests.

Kevin Porter Jr., Milwaukee Bucks
I guess we’re dipping heavily into the world of people with “Porter” as their surname. We love a theme, don’t we? The Bucks have a little more scoring punch than you’d think without Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf), as the guard trio of Ryan Rollins, Kevin Porter Jr. and Cam Thomas have been lighting up the scoreboard the past couple of weeks. In particular, Porter Jr. has been fantastic in February, averaging 20.7 points, 8.4 assists and 4.9 rebounds per contest with a 59.2% true shooting rate. Not bad efficiency for someone who’s just 3-for-20 (15.0%) from three-point range in the month. Porter’s shooting woes from deep aside, the veteran is the exact archetype of player that could steal a King of the Court crown on any slate. The 25-year-old has a pair of triple-doubles across his 28 starts in 2025-26, the most recent of which came versus the Magic on February 11. Porter Jr. has proven he can supply counting stats, and he should be in a nice environment to hit his 100th percentile outcome on Tuesday, as the Heat lead the NBA in pace over their past 10 games (105.1). Expect Porter Jr. to thrive in an uptempo setting.
