What happened to Anfernee Simons? Live injury updates for Pistons vs. Bulls on Saturday 2/21/26

Bulls guard Anfernee Simons won’t return to Saturday’s game vs. Detroit after suffering a left wrist injury in the first half, the team announced.

It’s unclear exactly when this injury occurred, though Jalen Smith started the second half in Simons’ place for the second half. He was ruled out midway through the third.

Since he didn’t play in the second half, Simons qualifies for DraftKings’ Early Exit program.

Before exiting, Simons contributed four points and two rebounds in 13 minutes off the bench.
