After a huge 10 game slate last night, we get hit with a nine game one tonight right afterward. We’ll be tipping off with the Cavs visiting the Hornets at 7 PM EST and concluding with the Nuggets visiting the Trail Blazers at 10 PM EST.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.
Donovan Mitchell More Than 23.5 Points
We’re getting a nice deal on Mitchell tonight, who’s been having an excellent season by all accounts. And it’s gotten even better lately with James Harden joining the party in Cleveland; they’ve won three straight games since the trade. Mitchell’s cleared 23.5 in four out of his last five games.
Charlotte’s a league-average defense on the season but has been 8-2 in their last 10. If Mitchell can maintain his recent form, he’ll hit 23.5 points no sweat. He’s currently averaging 29 PPG on 48.7% shooting from the field.

Chet Holmgren More Than 8.5 Rebounds
Holmgren is at 8.6 RPG on the season. The good news is the recent rebounds have already been living above it: in his last six games, he’s posted 9.2 RPG and has accumulated 55 boards across six games.
Brooklyn’s allowing only 52.8 ORPG this season, so they’re doing a decent job of limiting opponent rebounds. However, one of the Nets’ strongest rebounders, Nic Claxton, is in danger of missing a second straight game. I’m still backing Holmgren to grab More than 8.5 tonight due to his recent surge in attacking the glass combined with the Nets potentially missing Claxton.

Derik Queen More Than 7.5 Rebounds
Queen has a nice matchup tonight against the Bucks, who have been one of the worst teams in the league on the glass. They’re producing just 40.6 RPG, which is 29th in the NBA, and that issue is exacerbated by Giannis Antetokounmpo’s absence.
New Orleans will be without Yves Missi tonight, so we should be seeing a healthy, full workload for rookie Derik Queen. Queen’s averaging 7.2 RPG and it should get a little higher tonight due to this matchup.
