What happened to Devin Booker? Live injury updates for Suns vs. Spurs on Thursday 2/19/26

UPDATE: Booker won’t return due to right hip soreness.

With 2:35 left in the second quarter of Thursday’s game against the San Antonio Spurs, Devin Booker was replaced by Isaiah Livers. Earlier in the first quarter, Booker went to the locker room for an undisclosed reason but returned and played into the second quarter. Booker is now back in the locker room for an undisclosed reason again.

Prior to exiting, Booker contributed five points and a rebound in nine minutes of action.

If Booker is unable to return, Livers would be the primary beneficiary as he was playing more a small forward role with Collin Gillespie and Jalen Green filling the guard slots.

Since Booker left the game prior to halftime, if he does not return then he would be eligible for DraftKings Early Exit.
