The PGA TOUR completes the West Coast swing with its second straight Signature Event. The Genesis Invitational returns to Riviera Country Club in the Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. Last year, the event relocated to Torrey Pines due to the wildfires in the area, but this year, the event will be back in L.A.
Last year, Ludvig Aberg triumphed in the relocated event, beating Maverick McNealy by a stroke while Patrick Rodgers and Scottie Scheffler finished tied for third. In 2024, the last time it was played at this venue, Hideki Matsuyama won by three strokes over Will Zalatoris and Luke List, with Adam Hadwin, Patrick Cantlay and Xander Schauffele rounding out the top five.
Unlike the Pebble Beach Pro-Am, this week’s tournament will have a 36-hole cut. The top 50 players (and ties) in the 72-player field will play the final two rounds.
