After dismantling the shorthanded Lakers on Tuesday night, the Spurs finish their back-to-back by heading to San Francisco to take on the Golden State Warriors at the Chase Center at 10:00 p.m. ET. The game is the second half of ESPN’s doubleheader and a great way to close out a massive Wednesday night of hoops. It’s the start of the All-Star break for most teams, including the two in this matchup. Each team offers some compelling storylines and fun players to cheer for, so let’s break down the matchup and find some Spurs vs. Warriors player prop bets that make sense to add to your betting card for Wednesday night.
In the overall picture, the Spurs are 8.5-point road favorites with the point total at 220.5 on DraftKings Sportsbook.
The Spurs improved to 37-16, which is good enough for No. 2 in the Western Conference. The Warriors are 29-25, which has them No. 8 right now, 8.5 games behind the Spurs. The Warriors are just 3-4 in their last seven games, but they did pull out a dramatic win on Monday in their most recent game. The Spurs come in on a five-game winning streak and are 10-3 in their last 13 games.
The injury report is important to watch going into the break, but the Spurs look like they’ll have most of their players ready on the second night of the back-to-back. Stephon Castle (pelvic contusion) being questionable is the one exception to that, while the Warriors won’t have Stephen Curry (knee) or Kristaps Porzingis (Achilles), while De’Anthony Melton (glute) and Will Richard (knee) are questionable.
Let’s take a look at the top player prop bets from both the Spurs and Warriors in this Wednesday night matchup. These picks can be used as standalone plays or combined in a Same Game Parlay (SGP), as indicated at the bottom of the post.
Spurs vs. Warriors Best Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook
Dylan Harper O19.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-117)
The Spurs’ exciting young core continues to develop, and rookie Dylan Harper is a big part of the team’s seemingly bright future. The 19-year-old was the No. 2 overall pick in last year’s NBA Draft and has worked his way into a big role off the bench. He’s averaging 17.7 PRA (points, rebounds and assists) in his 42 games this season, but he’s been more productive lately and he would get even more work if Castle is out or less than 100%.
On the season, he’s playing 21.5 minutes per game. Over his last six games, he has been playing 23.7 minutes per game and producing 21.9 PRA. He has exceeded this PRA prop line in five of those six games, including on Tuesday, when he had 15 points, six assists and three rebounds for 24 PRA in 27 minutes against the Lakers.
If the game does get lopsided, the Spurs could try to get Harper more run. If Castle is unavailable, they’ll need to lean on him as well. He’s almost game-script proof and has a great chance to continue his strong play going into the break against the banged-up Warriors backcourt.

Gui Santos O12.5 Points (-103)
The Warriors have been getting more minutes and production from Santos with Jimmy Butler out for the season and Jonathan Kuminga traded, leaving plenty of playing time for the 23-year-old from Brazil.
Santos is only averaging 5.7 points in 14.3 minutes on the season, but he has gone over this prop line in six straight games, averaging 15.7 points in 27.5 minutes per game.
He hit the game-winner against the Grizzlies and has been one of the few bright spots lately for the Warriors. While they look to build around Steph and Porzingis after the break, Santos will probably have a reduced role. For this matchup against the Spurs, they’ll need all the scoring they can get, especially if Melton ends up out.
Devin Vassell O16.5 Points + Rebounds (-102)
Like Harper, Vassell is another member of the Spurs’ rotation who has a good chance to go over this prop even if Castle plays. If not, he would have even more opportunities.
Vassell is averaging 14.3 points and 3.9 rebounds per game in his 40 games this season, and he’s been back in the starting lineup for the last six straight games, averaging 12.0 points and 3.8 rebounds in 27.8 minutes.
On Tuesday, he only played 24 minutes in the Spurs’ lopsided victory and had 11 points plus rebounds. Before that, though, he had gone over this prop line in four of his five games since getting back into the lineup. If he starts on Wednesday, he has a great chance to get over this prop line, whether he starts next to Castle or picks up more work in his absence.
Bonus Parlay Pick: Pat Spencer O12.5 Points (-121)
If you’re building an SGP (Same Game Parlay) from this Wednesday night matchup, adding in the over on Spencer’s points as well boosts the odds to a solid +1000 for these four Spurs-Warriors bets.
Spencer is averaging only 6.3 points per game, but has scored at least 13 points in four straight games and will continue to get all the minutes and usage he can handle until Steph is back. Like the other picks in this post, I think he has a good shot to get over this prop line if his questionable teammates play, and an even better chance if they sit.
