What happened to Stephon Castle? Live Injury updates for Spurs vs. Lakers 2/10/26

UPDATE: Castle will not return to tonight’s game.

The San Antonio Spurs are having a night against the Los Angeles Lakers. But Stephon Castle took quite the spill at the end of a transition play. He headed back to the locker room.

It’s unclear if Castle will be able to return to this game. Facing a Lakers team without LeBron James and Luka Doncic, the blowout was already underway. Perhaps they’ll be abundantly cautious with him.

Before exiting, Castle had two points, one rebound and seven assists in 12 minutes of play.
