We’ve got a mid-week Premier League slate on tap for Wednesday. Manchester City needs to pick up three points to stay within striking distance of the title race, while Fulham are seeking a late-season surge for European football. It’s an exciting contest that promises a lot of skill and drama.

Manchester City are -275 favorites on the moneyline on DraftKings Sportsbook, with the draw priced at +425. If you’re keen on a Fulham upset, they’re at +700 on the moneyline. The total for this match is set at 3.5 goals. Let’s dig into a prediction and pick for this Manchester City-Fulham match.

Manchester City vs. Fulham Prediction, Pick

With 13 games left to play, another Premier League title is well within Manchester City’s grasp. They’re six points back of league-leading Arsenal with one match left to play between the two clubs. After suffering back-to-back losses in mid January, they’ve found their form once again, winning four and drawing one in their last five contests. That includes a 3-1 dispatching of Newcastle in the EFL Cup and a dramatic 2-1 victory over Liverpool, the defending Premier League champs.

The mid-season boost has helped them immensely. Dynamo center midfielder Rodri is back and looking like his healthiest self. Bournemouth signing Antoine Semenyo has provided a lift with five goal involvements across seven matches with the Citizens. Marc Guehi is providing some stability to a back line that was struggling. These positive changes are pushing them toward Champions League security and a potential title.

Fulham picked a bad spot to see City across the pitch from them. Losers of three of their last four league matches, they need to turn it around if they hope to take a step forward this season. A great stretch run could put Fulham in the conversation for Europa Conference League play; a bad one puts them dangerously close to the relegation zone. That’s how tight the middle of the table has been.

Harry Wilson is the key to it all. With 12 goal involvements this season, he’s been their danger man all year. Raul Jimenez provides great finishes, Samuel Chukwueze is a big threat, and Alex Iwobi connects plenty from the middle with crisp passing. But if Wilson can’t get loose and make things happen from wide areas, there’s little hope for this Fulham team.

This shaky Fulham defense, combined with their offensive talent, gives this game a lot of promise. City are likely to come out on top, but there will be goals in it.

Best Bet: Manchester City Moneyline + Over 2.5 Total Goals SGP (-120)
