UPDATE 9:34 PM ET: Jaxon Smith-Njigba has officially been cleared from his concussion and has returned to the game.

UPDATE 9:15 PM ET: Jaxon Smith-Njigba has since been discharged from the medical tent, but the NBC broadcast reported and showed him headed into the tunnel and into the locker room. It’s being reported that JSN is potentially being evaluated for a concussion from the hit he suffered on that second-down play last drive.

Here, too, is a video of JSN headed to the locker room, with some commentary from the broadcast:

At some point before Seattle’s last offensive drive, 2025-26 OPOY Jaxon Smith-Njigba appeared to have banged up his right ankle, which was being bandaged on the sideline. However, during Seattle’s latest offensive drive, JSN caught a ball in the flat on what looked to be a bubble screen and was slow to get up after the tackle. He’s since gone to the medical tent.
