I think United will make it four out of four on Saturday against a Tottenham side struggling for results and sitting in 14th place in the table. Although they are coming off a 2-2 draw against Man City, Spurs have struggled to get results as of late. In reality, they’ve had a hard time winning in the league all season. Tottenham have not won a single game in their last six Premier League fixtures, finishing with four draws and two losses. At some point, they are going to get a win, but not on Saturday.
Man United are full of confidence under Carrick, and Old Trafford will be buzzing on Saturday. I expect them to get the points and for two or more goals to be scored in the game. United have scored the third-most goals in the league, and conceded more than any other team in the top 10. For Spurs, they’ve scored the second-most of any team in the bottom half of the table.
This should be an entertaining watch for the neutrals, but ultimately, United should come out on top.
