After an unusually hectic trade deadline, we have a six game slate on our hands tonight.
There are plenty of opportunities to get involved in the action this evening. One of the more unique features on DraftKings this year is Pick6 Fantasy Basketball!
This article will look at my top Pick6 plays for tonight’s slate. We simply choose whether a player will record more or less of the set statistic. Here are my favorite plays for tonight’s action.
Jalen Brunson More Than 24.5 Points
We’re getting a good deal on this Brunson line at 24.5 points and I’m certain he’ll get More than this tonight. He’s going up against a tough Pistons squad that’s held down a top three DEFRTG all season but it’s really just a volume game for Brunson. He just dropped 42 against Denver, an admittedly weak defense, but he’s putting up 20.6 FGA this season with 7.8 from beyond the arc.
Tonight’s a big game for New York as they chase after the Pistons’ first seed; they’re only 4.5 games behind and a win tonight would be huge in closing that gap. I’m expecting Brunson to once again assume a heavy offensive role as he’s been doing all season.
Kawhi Leonard More Than 28.5 Points
Leonard’s left bereft of his once competitive team, as the trade deadline pulled Iviza Zubac and James Harden away from the Clippers. So what now?
It’s hard to say what the Clippers intend to do with Leonard on their roster. He’s way too good for a rebuilding situation, obviously, but his price on the market is probably dubious due to his many nagging injuries and his age. Regardless, he’ll continue to put up numbers when available, especially against the league’s third-worst defense.
Cade Cunningham Less Than 9.5 Assists
The Knicks have held opponents to 21.7 OAPG in their last ten games, during which they’ve gone 8-2 and led the league in DEFRTG. They’re completely dialed in right now and have also managed to hold Nikola Jokic, the NBA’s premier playmaker, to a mere four assists. They have a tool bag full of switchable, lengthy wing defenders who can bother Cunningham in all areas of the court. While Cade is having an MVP-level season with averages of 25.4 PPG and 9.8 APG (1st in NBA among those who qualify), he’s going to have a tough time against this current Knicks team in the assists department.

Create a Pick Set
Create a Pick Set by choosing 2+ players from the same sport and Pick Group (a set of picks available from a group of set competitions). For each player, simply select if you think they’ll have more or less than their listed stat projection. In each Pick Set, you cannot pick the same player twice and you must select players from at least two different teams.
Enter an Amount
Once you finalize your Pick Set, choose your entry fee amount. Your entries will be automatically distributed into available contests, subject to your confirmation.
Sweat Your Picks
When the games go live, use the My Picks tab to follow your picks in real time to track how your players are performing against their projections and how they stack up against other users.
Compete for Prizes
Make enough correct picks and win a share of the contests’ guaranteed prizes. Any prizes won will be credited to your DraftKings account after contests are finalized.
