One of the most-watched events in the Winter Olympics is figure skating. The spectacle, sheer athleticism, and drama are hard to match. Let’s dig into the opening odds for the competition.

Here’s a look at the odds on the DraftKings Sportsbook for taking home the gold:

American wunderkind Ilia Malinin is the overwhelming favorite to take home the gold. The Quad God has won the past two World Championships, and remains the only skater to successfully perform a quadruple axel in international competition. He’s already crushing quads in his Milan practices.

If he keeps up his form, there’s little that can be done to stop him. But there is plenty of other talent here. Yuma Kagiyama comes in with the second-highest odds, and was the bronze medalist in the 2025 World Championships. He finished a close second in the short program behind Malinin. Adam Siao Him Fa is the favorite for bronze, looking to redeem himself after a disappointing Worlds. Mikhail Shaidorov finished with the silver medal in the 2025 Worlds, and certainly has the talent for a podium performance.

Perhaps Malinin runs away with the competition. But that doesn’t take away from the spectacle; he’ll be doing things never before done on Olympic ice. If he wins, it’ll be one of the greatest performances ever seen. Let’s see if he can deliver.
