Best TreVeyon Henderson Prop Bets for the 2026 Super Bowl

The Super Bowl kicks off at 6:30 p.m. ET in Santa Clara, California, between the Seattle Seahawks and the New England Patriots.

Seattle is a 4.5-point favorite and is -230 on the Moneyline, while New England is +190 on DraftKings Sportsbook. The game total is set at 45.5 points.

Here is my top TreVeyon Henderson prop bet for the Super Bowl.

TreVeyon Henderson Super Bowl 60 Outlook

It has been an up-and-down rookie season for TreVeyon Henderson from a personal perspective. Henderson is hoping to follow up his national title-winning season at Ohio State with a Super Bowl-winning season in New England. However, it’s unclear how much of a role Henderson will play in the offense. He came into the season expecting to split carries with Rhamondre Stevenson. Early on, Stevenson was the workhorse back, and Henderson was just getting mixed in. However, after Stevenson’s old fumble problems reared their head, Henderson was given a much bigger role. Over the first seven games of the season, Henderson only had double-digit carries once. Over the final ten games of the season, he only had single-digit carries once.

It has been a bit of a different approach from the Patriots in the postseason. Despite Rhamondre Stevenson’s past fumble struggles, Mike Vrabel and Josh McDaniels have turned to the more experienced back in the postseason. Henderson is averaging just eight carries for 19 yards per game in the postseason. The Patriots have not been great offensively in the playoffs, partially due to their elite defensive competition. With two weeks to prepare for how to find an offensive spark against Seattle, Josh McDaniels should find some packages to utilize Henderson’s great athleticism. Against the Seahawks, that is more likely to come in the passing game.

Best TreVeyon Henderson Prop Bet

My favorite TreVeyon Henderson prop bet for Super Bowl 60 is for Henderson to have over 2.5 receiving yards. The Seattle run defense is nearly impenetrable. During the regular season, the Seahawks led the NFL in both defensive EPA/rush and defensive rushing success rate. As a between-the-tackles runner, Rhamondre Stevenson is unlikely to have much success. That should lead to more snaps for Henderson, as he is more effective in the passing game. Henderson had an incredible play in the national semifinals against Texas last year, taking a screen pass 75 yards for a score just before halftime. When he gets the ball in space, good things happen.

One way to beat this elite Seattle defense could be by getting Henderson the ball in open space. Seattle is elite at the back end of its defense and on the defensive line. The linebacker group is the weakest link of that great Seattle defense. That is why teams have tried to attack them with running backs in the passing game so much this season. The Seahawks gave up 5.79 receptions per game to opposing running backs this season, the most in the NFL. This could be the Patriots’ best chance at creating some offense, and Henderson is the better back to use in the passing game. Henderson should get a couple of targets in this game and be able to take one of those catches for a few yards to get over this prop number.

Best Bet: TreVeyon Henderson o2.5 Receiving Yards (-114)
