Kristaps Porzingis Status Update: Tuesday 2/3/26 vs. Heat

After originally being listed as questionable for Tuesday’s game against the Heat with left Achilles tendinitis, Kristaps Porzingis was listed as available for the game. Then, just a few hours before tip-off, he was ruled out with an illness.

It’s hard to tell this time of year with the trade deadline just a few days away, but Porzingis was diagnosed with a condition called postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS) last year. Whether this sudden absence is related to either the trade deadline or his POTS illness is unknown. It could also be a new illness for all we know. Regardless, Porzingis will miss Tuesday’s game, which will likely force Atlanta to keep the same lineup and rotation as Porzingis has not played since January 7th with his Achilles issue.

Stay tuned to DK Network for any updates on his situation.
