This bet can be found under the “Match Parlays” tab. The Michael Carrick era is well underway at Old Trafford. In his first two games in charge, United have beaten the two top dogs in the Premier League, Man City and Arsenal. Things are going swimmingly for Carrick right now, and he has a chance to make it three wins out of three against an in-form Fulham side.
Only four points separate these teams, as Fulham have marched up the table in recent weeks. In their last eight games in all competitions, the Cottagers have won five, drawn two and lost one. That includes a few impressive results against other “Big Six” clubs, as they beat Chelsea and drew with Liverpool.
Despite all of that, I am taking Michael Carrick’s new-look Red Devils. Man United have looked like a different team in the last two games compared to what we’ve seen in recent years, and while it’s a small sample size, I will be backing them until they prove me wrong. Time to jump on the bandwagon while you still can.
This fixture has been pretty competitive in recent years, with United winning two of the last five games in all competitions between the sides while drawing twice and losing once. That was under different managers, however. This new-look United team is a force to be reckoned with.
