UPDATE: Smith will be eligible for Early Exit.

Jalen Smith did not start the second half of Thursday’s game against the Miami Heat due to calf tightness. He is out for the remainder of the contest. Ayo Dosunmu started the second half for Smith.

Prior to exiting, Smith contributed 11 points and five rebounds in 15 minutes of action.

Chicago next plays on Saturday and Sunday in Miami.
