Jalen Brunson Status Update: Wednesday 1/28/26 vs. Raptors

Jalen Brunson played the last four games and averaged 34.5 minutes per contest. He was all set to start again on Wednesday, but was downgraded to questionable a few hours before tipoff due to an illness.

Miles McBride is also out, so if Brunson sits on Wednesday, Tyler Kolek would likely get the starting nod with Jordan Clarkson backing him up at point guard. Kolek has one start on the season, back in late December. He played 32 minutes, attempted 22 shots and finished with 20 points, 11 rebounds, eight assists and three steals.

With Brunson off the court this season, Karl-Anthony Towns has seen a 3.61% usage rate bump to a team-leading 30.23%.
