It’s a six-game, 12-team featured NBA DFS slate this Tuesday. That means multiple big names are in play for fantasy basketball managers. Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Cade Cunningham, Tyrese Maxey and Jalen Brunson are all suiting up tonight.
With that being said, a balanced lineup is key. Blowing your budget on two or three players is unfeasible. Fortunately, there are more than a few under the radar selections worth a closer look. The tricky part is figuring out who to target and who to avoid. Here are three bargains to consider this evening in DFS and season-long fantasy formats.

PF/C Kenrich Williams, Oklahoma City Thunder vs. NOP ($4,800)
Injuries have wreaked havoc on Oklahoma City’s roster lately. To name a few, Alex Caruso (adductor), Ajay Mitchell (abdominal), Isaiah Hartenstein (calf) and Jalen Williams (hamstring) are all out tonight. The defending champs still possess plenty of star power, but they certainly aren’t at 100%. As a result, more minutes are in store for their reserves. That includes Kenrich Williams, an under-utilized but talented bench piece. This season, the forward has posted 6.4 points, 3.2 rebounds and 1.6 assists per game (14.3 FPTS).
Williams has garnered exactly 28 minutes in each of his previous three outings. During that time, he’s averaging just over 28 fantasy points per game. It helps that Tuesday’s game takes place against a miserable Pelicans defense. New Orleans is giving up the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing power forwards this season. This is the perfect mix of opportunity and weak competition; that makes Williams someone to prioritize tonight.
C Mitchell Robinson, New York Knicks vs. SAC ($4,400)
As is the case just about every other week, Mitchell Robinson makes this list. New York’s backup center doesn’t take the floor for very long. However, he tends to make quite the impact whenever he is out there. This season, the big man has delivered 4.8 points, 9.3 rebounds, 1.2 blocks and 0.9 steals per game (22.1 FPTS). That’s despite averaging just under 20 minutes a night. Karl-Anthony Towns ($8,500) is constantly in foul trouble, as well. That opens up the possibility of an even larger workload than normal for Mitch.
Fortunately for the Knicks, tonight’s game won’t be against one of the NBA’s elite. Sacramento has struggled in most aspects this season, especially on defense. Down low, the Kings are surrendering the most fantasy points to opposing centers. When these two clubs met on January 14th, Robinson notched eight points and 11 rebounds (25.8 FPTS). A similar showing on Tuesday would make the veteran more than worth it at his current price.
SF/PF Ron Holland, Detroit Pistons at DEN ($3,800)
Detroit has raced to the top of the Eastern Conference, buoyed by an impressive collection of youngsters. The Pistons, having spent years as a bottom-feeder, have been able to accumulate high-end talent. If there’s any downside, it’s that the development of some players has been stunted due to internal competition. Ron Holland is a prime example; the two-way wing comes off the bench on most nights. This season, he’s accounted for 8.4 points, 4.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists and 1.4 steals per game (19.1 FPTS).
With that being said, Tuesday’s contest is an ideal spot for Holland to contribute. For starters, Caris LeVert (illness) has been ruled out, opening up more minutes at forward. Detroit will take on a Nuggets squad dealing with a whopping eight players on their injury list. It’s not as if this group would offer much opposition even if fully healthy. Denver has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to small forwards this season. Holland has delivered 20+ fantasy points in five of his previous seven matchups. Don’t be shocked if the second-year pro surpasses that total yet again tonight.
