Monday night’s NBA schedule has a few juicy matchups to dive into, including an Eastern Conference showdown between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Orlando Magic at Rocket Arena.
The Cavaliers are 6.5-point home favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook, with the game total set at 227.5 points.
This matchup may feel familiar since the teams met on Saturday in Orlando, where the Cavs rolled to a 119-104 win.
The win moved Cleveland to 27-20 on the season, good for the No. 5 seed in the East. The Cavs have now won five of their last six games. Meanwhile, Orlando fell to 23-21, currently sitting at No. 8 in the conference. The Magic have dropped three straight games, including an overseas loss against the Grizzlies, and will now face another tough test against the Cavs.

Jaylon Tyson Over 14.5 points (-117)
With Darius Garland out for the last five games, Jaylon Tyson has stepped into a much larger role in the offense. He has scored at least 16 points in four games during that stretch, including a 39-point breakout against the 76ers to kickstart the run.
Tyson poured in 17 points in 32 minutes on Saturday against the Magic, and he should be able to score at least 15 in Monday’s rematch. Last time out, he cleared the prop by the end of the first half.
If Sam Merrill (questionable) returns, he could cut into Tyson’s usage a little bit. But the 23-year-old guard has shown enough upside to still be involved in an expanded role as long as Garland is sidelined.
Moritz Wagner Over 11.5 Points + Rebounds (-129)
While his brother Franz Wagner is out, Mo Wagner has been working his way back into the rotation in limited minutes over the last four games. He’s averaging 10.5 points and 3.3 rebounds per game in the limited sample size, doing so while averaging just 13 minutes per game.
Wagner has cleared this prop line in back-to-back contests. He had 14 points and a rebound against the Hornets before logging 13 points and six boards in Saturday’s matchup with the Cavs.
Even in limited action, Wagner should get enough playing time and usage to clear this prop line again on Monday night.
Evan Mobley under 30.5 Points + Rebounds + Assists (-124)
Evan Mobley has averaged 30.7 combined points, rebounds, and assists (PRA) this season. However, with Jarrett Allen healthy and Jaylon Tyson getting more involved, Mobley has started falling short of his season mark.
Facing Orlando on Saturday, he logged just 23 PRA on 13 points, seven rebounds, and three assists across 35 minutes of work. While he went off in his previous contest against the Kings — erupting for 49 PRA — he has failed to reach this prop line in four of his last five games.
Mobley has the potential to stuff the stat sheet in the Cavs’ return to Cleveland, but he’s in a difficult matchup with inconsistent usage. Expect him to fall under 30.5 PRA in this contest.
