Just when you thought the cast for The Odyssey couldn’t get any more stacked.
The latest TV spot for Christopher Nolan’s upcoming film seemingly features a surprise appearance from Grammy-nominated rapper Travis Scott.
The 30-second clip aired during Saturday’s AFC Championship game, prompting a Leonardo DiCaprio-esque point-at-the-TV moment from football and film fans alike.
While the casting has yet to be confirmed, it wouldn’t mark the first collaboration between the acclaimed rapper and legendary filmmaker. Scott’s song, “The Plan,” served as the theme song for Nolan’s 2020 sci-fi thriller, Tenet.
Scott’s select filmography includes Gully (2019) and Harmony Korine’s Aggro Dr1ft (2023)
His potential role in The Odyssey would come on the heels of Tyler, The Creator’s impressive supporting performance in Josh Safdie’s Oscar-nominated Marty Supreme.
The “Sicko Mode” rapper would join a star-studded cast in Nolan’s highly anticipated retelling of Homer’s epic poem — his first release since the 2024 Best Picture winner, Oppenheimer.
Starring Matt Damon as Odysseus, the film boasts an A-list ensemble featuring Tom Holland, Anne Hathaway, Robert Pattinson, Lupita Nyong’o, Zendaya, Charlize Theron, Jon Bernthal, Benny Safdie, and Elliot Page.
The Odyssey hits theaters on July 17, 2026.
