The PGA TOUR continues the West Coast swing this week, as the top golfers in the world head to Torrey Pines Golf Course for a beautiful and exciting week of golf at the Farmers Insurance Open.
Last week, World No. 1 Scottie Scheffler got back in the winner’s circle with a win at The American Express in his season debut, but he is not in the field this week at Torrey Pines. Last year, it was Harris English who emerged with a one-shot win over Samuel Stevens with Andrew Novak one stroke further back, followed by Sungjae Im and Kris Ventura to round out the top five.
For this full-field event, the tournament will use a course rotation in the first two rounds with each player getting one round on the South Course and one round on the easier North Course before the cut after the second round. The final two rounds will be on the South Course, which usually plays long and difficult.
