Division rivals are set to clash for the NFC Championship, as the Seattle Seahawks host the Los Angeles Rams at Lumen Field.
The Rams (14–5) squeaked by the Bears in a Divisional Round overtime thriller and are now just one win away from their second Super Bowl appearance of the 2020s. Standing in their way are the NFC West champion Seahawks (15–3), riding the momentum from last week’s 41–6 bulldozing of the 49ers.
LA and Seattle split a pair of regular-season meetings: the Rams secured a 21–19 victory in Week 11, and the Seahawks answered with a 38–37 overtime triumph in Week 16.
In the win-or-go-home trilogy matchup, the Rams will deploy star running back Kyren Williams in an effort to breach Seattle’s formidable rush defense.
Kickoff is set for 6:30 p.m. ET. Seattle enters as a 2.5-point home favorite, while LA sits as a +120 underdog. The game’s total is set at 45.5 points.

Betting against Seattle’s rush defense typically isn’t the best idea.
The Seahawks surrendered the NFL’s third-fewest rushing yards and second-fewest rushing touchdowns during the regular season, and their 3.7 opponent yards per carry marked a league-low. They head into Sunday’s contest fresh off holding San Francisco’s Christian McCaffrey under 40 yards in back-to-back games.
HOWEVER, Kyren Williams has been the epitome of consistency in his fourth NFL season. The former Notre Dame standout handled 259 carries for 1,252 yards and 10 touchdowns during the 2025 campaign, clearing 52.5 rushing yards in all but two of his 17 games.
Two such performances came against the mighty Seahawks. Williams churned 12 carries into 91 yards and a touchdown in Week 11 before logging 23 rushes for 70 yards in Week 16.
The 25-year-old’s success has carried into the playoffs, primarily in last week’s Divisional Round triumph in Chicago. Handing 20-plus carries for the fourth time this season, Williams racked up 87 yards and a pair of scores.
Even against Seattle’s formidable rush defense, count on Williams to remain a fundamental figure in LA’s attack and clear 52.5 rushing yards once again with a trip to the Super Bowl on the line.
