Top CFP Championship Player Prop Bets for Miami Hurricanes on Monday 1/19/26

It’s been a miraculous month for #10 Miami, winners of three straight postseason games. Now, the Canes have a chance to win their first title in nearly a quarter-century. Still, that won’t be easy against undefeated #1 Indiana. To eke out a victory, the underdogs will need contributions from all over their roster.

Which Hurricanes will make a difference with their season hanging in the balance? These are the two top Miami player prop bets to consider on DraftKings Sportsbook for Monday’s National Championship matchup.

The Hoosiers enter this contest as 8.5-point favorites (-108) over the Hurricanes, with the over/under set at 47.5 points on DraftKings Sportsbook.

Miami Hurricanes best prop bets

Malachi Toney 62+ receiving yards (-116)

Miami has dominated on the ground in recent weeks, feeding running back Mark Fletcher Jr. However, that approach might prove difficult tonight. Indiana wields one of college football’s most dangerous front sevens. Opponents are rushing for just 2.87 yards per carry vs. the Hoosiers, the lowest mark in the Big Ten. Look no further than their dominant performances vs. Oregon and Alabama over the past two weeks. There’s a very real scenario where the Canes need to throw the ball.

Still, it’s not as if The U’s entire game plan on offense will be deep shots. Getting the ball in the hands of play makers needs to be a priority. Miami’s most explosive weapon on offense has been Malachi Toney. Through 15 games, the freshman phenom has caught 99 passes for 1,089 yards and an ACC-leading nine touchdowns. That includes an 81-yard performance in the Fiesta Bowl last week vs. Ole Miss. An 8.5-point spread suggests that the Hurricanes might need to throw often just to keep pace with Indiana. Should that occur, Toney would be the biggest beneficiary.

Carson Beck 200+ passing yards (-113)

As previously mentioned, the Hoosiers might possess the nation’s most stifling run defense. As a result, expect more passes than usual for the Hurricanes, especially if they trail in the second half. Indiana has allowed 185.9 passing yards per game to opponents. That’s good enough for the sixth-best mark in the Big Ten. Regardless, it’s not as if opposing passers can’t do anything in this spot. IU has given up at least 238 passing yards in five of its last seven contests.

That puts even more pressure on Carson Beck heading into this monumental matchup. The senior etched his name into Hurricanes history with a game-winning drive to end the Fiesta Bowl. Now, he’ll hope to replicate that magic against an even more formidable defense. The Georgia transfer has reached 200 yards in 11 of his last 15 appearances. Granted, the gunslinger hasn’t been utilized as much this postseason. However, it’s difficult to envision Miami running all over the Hoosiers. Out of necessity, Beck will likely need to stretch the field on Monday.
