The first leg of the Carabao Cup semi-final between Chelsea and Arsenal will take place on Wednesday at Stamford Bridge. The second leg of the tie is scheduled for February 3rd in North London.

Arsenal are +120 moneyline favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook for Wednesday’s game, with a draw available at +230. Fancy a Chelsea upset? The Blues are +215 on the moneyline. The game is slated to kick off at 3:00 p.m. ET.

Chelsea vs. Arsenal Prediction, Pick

Arsenal will head to Stamford Bridge on Wednesday for the second time this season. These two teams drew 1-1 in late November in the Premier League, and the Gunners will be looking for an improved result in this one.

A lot has changed at Chelsea since that game, including their manager. After a run of bad results, former manager Enzo Maresca left the club. He has since been replaced by Liam Rosenior, whose first game in charge came at the weekend against Charlton. No disrespect to the Championship side, but this will be Rosenior’s first test as Chelsea boss. That 5-1 win over Charlton was their only win in their last six matches.

Arsenal have gotten the better of their London rivals in recent years, and I don’t see why that would change on Wednesday. You have to go all the way back to 2021 to find the last time the Blues beat the Gunners in any competition. Since then, the Gunners have won five and drawn three of the games between the teams.

After resting 10 starters in the FA Cup on Sunday, the Gunners will be rested and motivated in this one to get a good result. They are in much better form than Chelsea at the moment as they are unbeaten since their 2-1 loss to Aston Villa five weeks ago.

Stamford Bridge will be rocking for this one, but Arsenal should have too much experience and quality for their London rivals.

The Pick: Arsenal Moneyline (+120)
