A WCC showdown between the San Francisco Dons and the Loyola Marymount Lions is taking place tonight at 11:00 p.m. ET. San Francisco is 11-6 and 3-1 in the WCC, while Loyola Marymount is 10-7 and 1-3 in conference play. San Francisco has dominated Loyola Marymount, winning the previous six games.

Here is my best bet for tonight’s San Francisco vs. Loyola Marymount matchup. San Francisco is a -105 underdog to win this game while Loyola Marymount is a -1.5 favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook.

San Francisco vs. Loyola Marymount (11:00 p.m. ET)

San Francisco has won five of their previous six games and has started 2026 with wins over San Diego and Portland. The Dons have four double-digit scorers, with Ryan Beasley leading the team in scoring (13.1 PPG). They are ranked 101st on KenPom, 25 spots higher than Loyola Marymount is.

San Francisco scores 75.1 points per game while the Lions average 76.7. Loyola Marymount is sixth in the WCC in points per game, while San Francisco is seventh. Defensively, both teams are close as well, with San Francisco allowing 68.2 points while Loyola gives up 68.7 points per contest. With that said, this game will likely be a low-scoring contest between the Dons and the Lions.

Loyola Marymount enters this contest on a two-game losing streak and lost its previous game to Gonzaga 82-47. They started the season 6-0 but have since gone 4-7. Rodney Brown Jr. (14.6 PPG) and Myron Amey Jr. (14.1 PPG) are the Lions’ top two scorers this season. Amey has only scored two and eight in his last two games. From November 28 to December 30, Loyola Marymount played seven games on its home floor, winning only three of those games.

With Loyola Marymount on a losing streak while San Francisco is winning five of six games, I’m taking the Dons to cover the +1.5 spread. San Francisco has won four of the last five matchups against Loyola Marymount on their home court.

College Basketball Pick: San Francisco +1.5 (-115)
