Update: Anthony Edwards (Injury Management) was listed as AVAILABLE

Inter-conference contenders kick off a two-game set on Thursday night, when the Minnesota Timberwolves host the Cleveland Cavaliers at Target Center.

The Cavs (21–17, 7th East) have won six of their last nine games and are coming off a Tuesday triumph in Indiana. The Wolves (24–13, 5th West) have held strong in a competitive Western Conference, most recently beating the Heat at home on Tuesday — but could take the floor against Cleveland without Anthony Edwards, who was downgraded to questionable.

Tipoff is set for 8 p.m. ET. Minnesota enters as a slight 2.5-point home favorite on DraftKings Sportsbook, while Cleveland is listed as a +114 underdog. The game’s total is set at 237.5 points.

Let’s dig into the top player prop bets for Thursday’s matchup between the Cavaliers and Timberwolves.

Cavaliers vs. Timberwolves Best Prop Bets on DraftKings Sportsbook

Donovan Mitchell 30+ Points (-132)

Star guard Donovan Mitchell is headed for his seventh-straight All-Star nod, currently averaging a career-high 29.8 points per game — the NBA’s fourth-highest mark — on blistering 50/39/84 splits. The former Jazz standout has scored 30-plus points in three straight games, capped by his 20th 30-piece of the season against the tenacious Pistons on Sunday.

Mitchell seems poised to follow that trend on Thursday night, especially if Anthony Edwards — who typically assumes the toughest defensive assignment — is sidelined to nurse his foot injury.

Julius Randle Over 29.5 Points + Rebounds (-113)

If Edwards sits Thursday night, the remaining Timberwolves will scramble to account for the NBA’s seventh-highest scoring output (29.3 points per game). They’d likely lean on fellow three-time All-Star Julius Randle, who’s already averaging 22.1 points and 7.1 rebounds — 29.2 combined points and rebounds — a night with Edwards on the floor.

In seven games without Edwards this season, the former Knicks forward’s production has ballooned to 25.4 points and 7.7 rebounds, good for 33.1 points plus boards.

But in a battle between two of the league’s most potent offenses, expect Randle to stuff the stat sheet no matter who’s on the floor.

Donte DiVincenzo 4+ Threes (+110)

The Cavaliers are hovering near the middle of the pack on defense this season, currently owning the NBA’s 12th-ranked defensive rating. They’ve particularly struggled to guard the three, allowing opposing teams to shoot a scorching 37.8% from downtown — tied for the highest mark in the league.

Cleveland’s plodding perimeter pressure spells trouble against Minnesota sharpshooter Donte DiVincenzo. The former New York guard has averaged 2.9 made threes per game this season, knocking down at least four triples in 16 outings. He’s fresh off going 4-for-9 from deep on Tuesday night against the Heat, who own the league’s fourth-lowest opponent three-point percentage (34.4%).

Count on DiVincenzo to capitalize against Cleveland’s spotty coverage on Thursday night.

SGP Odds: +490
