The semifinals of the College Football Playoff kick off with Miami and Ole Miss on Thursday night, followed by Oregon and Indiana on Friday night.

Miami vs. Ole Miss: Mark Fletcher Jr. 90+ Rushing Yards (-112)
Miami and Ole Miss face off in an incredibly exciting College Football Playoff semifinal. The Hurricanes have one of the best defenses in the country, as demonstrated in the first two rounds of the CFP, where they allowed 17 combined points against Texas A&M and Ohio State. However, Ole Miss has one of the best offenses in the country, as demonstrated by them combining for 80 points against Tulane and Georgia. This game will likely be won by whichever team better dictates the tempo. Ole Miss wants to go fast and make this a shootout. Miami wants to slow the game down and make it a rock fight.
If Miami is to slow the game down, it will need a big performance out of running back Mark Fletcher Jr. The Hurricanes want to keep the ball out of the hands of Trinidad Chambliss, use up the clock and keep their defense fresh. That should lead to a big workload for Fletcher, who has been fantastic so far in the CFP. He rushed for 172 yards against Texas A&M and for 90 yards against Ohio State. Fletcher should rush for at least 90 yards for the third straight playoff game against Ole Miss. In the quarterfinals, Georgia running back Nate Frazier rushed for 86 yards on 5.7 yards per carry, despite leaving the game early with an injury. If he had played the entire game, Frazier likely would have rushed for at least 100 yards. Fletcher should be similarly effective against the Rebels and rush for at least 90 yards once again.
Indiana vs. Oregon: Elijah Sarratt Anytime TD (+105)
Indiana and Oregon face off in the other semifinal. They are continuing the theme of regular-season rematches in this College Football Playoff. In the regular-season battle between these teams, they were tied with ten minutes left in the game before Indiana pulled away late. However, the Ducks proved that they can very much play with the No. 1 team in the country. It should be another great game between these Big Ten foes. In that regular-season game, the standout offensive player between the two teams was easily Indiana receiver Elijah Sarratt. Neither team had a player rush for more than 70 yards or rack up more than 60 receiving yards, except Sarratt, who had eight catches for 121 yards and a touchdown.
Elijah Sarratt has been with Curt Cignetti since his days at James Madison. Sarratt has been on quite a journey over the past four years. He was a standout freshman at St. Francis (PA) at the FCS level, then transferred to James Madison as a sophomore, and was a 1,000-yard receiver with the Dukes before heading to Indiana with his coach in 2024. Sarratt led the Hoosiers in receiving last season, and this season ranks second in the nation with 13 receiving touchdowns, despite missing a couple of regular season games. He is always in the right place at the right time, which is why Fernando Mendoza looks his way so often in the red zone. Sarratt has scored a touchdown in eight straight games, dating back to Week 4 of the regular season. He should keep that remarkable streak going and score another touchdown against Oregon in the CFP semifinals.
