What happened to Josh Giddey? Live injury updates for Timberwolves vs. Bulls on Monday 12/29/25

UPDATE: Per Bulls PR, Giddey has been ruled out for the rest of the game.

More bad news for the Bulls. Coby White suffered an injury early in this game, and had to be ruled out. Now it’s Josh Giddey going down with a leg injury.

It’s unclear whether Giddey will return to this game, but if he’s dealing with hamstring issues, it’s hard to imagine the Bulls will risk it. Before exiting, Giddey contributed 11 points, four rebounds, and three assists in 18 minutes.
