What happened to Isaiah Hartenstein? Live injury updates for Thunder vs. 76ers on Sunday 12/28/25

With 0.8 seconds left in the third quarter of Sunday’s game against the Philadelphia 76ers, Jalen Williams entered the game for Isaiah Hartenstein, who made his way to the locker room with an ankle injury. There’s been no mention of how exactly the injury occurred.

Prior to exiting, Hartenstein contributed five points, three rebounds, three assists, a steal and a block in 20 minutes.

Oklahoma City plays tomorrow night at home vs. the Atlanta Hawks then hosts the Portland Trail Blazers on Wednesday.
