We’ve got another banger Sunday Night Football game on the docket. Two playoff contenders in the NFC go head-to-head with huge seeding implications on the line as the Chicago Bears travel to face the San Francisco 49ers. That means another King of the End Zone contest for us to enjoy.
During the Sunday Night Football matchup tonight, $2 million in bonus bets will be up for grabs. King of the End Zone Winner
Jennings’ late touchdown of 38 yards was enough to take the crown for this edition of King of the End Zone. He beat out a couple close contenders, who were just a few yards shy of the title.
In addition to the crown, the 49ers won 42-38.
Clutch Time Crown
Jauan Jennings is here to play. The 49ers’ wide receiver caught a 38-yard touchdown to give his team a 42-38 lead with 2:15 remaining in the game.
With this score, Jennings takes the lead in this edition of King of the End Zone. There’s still time left, and with how quickly the Bears have scored tonight, don’t celebrate just yet.
Speedy Swift
Swift runs in a 22-yard touchdown to kick off the fourth quarter. Points are coming easy for both sides as the game is tied 35-35 once again.
Purdy Magic
Purdy scrambles and finds Kyle Juszczyk for a six-yard touchdown pass. This gives the 49ers a 35-28 lead in the third quarter.
Loveland still wears the King of the End Zone crown for now.
Swift Start to Second Half
The Bears started the second half with a five-minute drive, ending in a D’Andre Swift touchdown. He ran it in from two yards out, not coming close to taking the King of the End Zone crown.
Chicago ties the game 28-28 with just under 10 minutes left in the third quarter.
Slow But Steady
Unlike the Bears, the 49ers are milking some clock. They put together a 15-play drive over nearly nine minutes to take a 28-21 lead.
Purdy rushed for his second touchdown of the game, this one from three yards out.
More, More, More Touchdowns
Under bettors look away. This isn’t your night. Williams is leading the Bears on ridiculously quick drives, answering every shot the 49ers take.
This drive lasted three plays and 1:24, with Colston Loveland catching the 36-yard touchdown to tie the game at 21-21.
And with that, there’s a new leader for King of the End Zone. It’s gone from 34 yards to 35 yards and now 36 yards. There’s 12 minutes left in the second quarter, so buckle up.
What Defense?
Sunday Night Football kicked off with a bang as Chicago’s defense recorded a pick six on the first play of the game. The defense hit its quota with that and essentially stopped playing.
The 49ers just marched down the field with nine plays over four minutes to score their third touchdown of the game. Christian McCaffrey scores this one from five yards out.

Caleb Williams dots Luther Burden III for a 35-yard touchdown.
That’s right, we have a new leader for King of the End Zone as Burden holds the crown for now. There’s plenty of game to be played, so don’t celebrate just yet.
Purdy’s Got Wheels
The 49ers get on the board again as Purdy breaks loose for a 10-yard rush.
This touchdown gives San Francisco a 14-7 lead in the first quarter, but it doesn’t do anything for King of the End Zone as Chicago D/ST still leads with 34 yards.
Four Minutes, Two Touchdowns
There’s been just over four minutes of action on Sunday Night Football, yet there are two touchdowns to show. The 49ers answered with a one-yard pass from Purdy to Jake Tonges.
Pick Six!
The Bears wasted no time getting on the board as they intercepted Brock Purdy on the first offensive play of the game. T.J. Edwards ran the ball back 34 yards for a touchdown.
This gives the Bears D/ST an early lead for King of the End Zone.
