The 2025 NFL postseason race is coming down to the wire, with playoff spots, division crowns, and a No. 1 seed all up for grabs heading into Sunday’s Week 17 slate.
Two games on Saturday saw the Texans clinch a postseason berth, while the Bears and Broncos cemented their place atop their respective divisions.
Amid the shakeup, let’s take a look at the updated playoff, division, and No. 1 seed odds on DraftKings Sportsbook heading into the second-to-last Sunday of the regular season.
Updated Playoff Odds
One spot remains open on each conference’s side of the bracket.
In the AFC, the Pittsburgh Steelers are heavy -425 favorites on DraftKings Sportsbook to clinch the final postseason berth. However, after a dominant win over the Green Bay Packers on Saturday, the division rivals Ravens kept their playoff hopes alive and now hold +330 playoff odds. If Pittsburgh falls to the Browns on Sunday, it would set up a Week 18 showdown with Baltimore for the AFC North title.
In the NFC, the final spot comes down to NFC South rivals Tampa Bay and Carolina. The Buccaneers must beat the Miami Dolphins on Sunday to stay alive, and they currently hold -150 odds to reach the postseason. A win would set up a division-deciding matchup against the Panthers in Week 18, with Carolina owning +125 odds to make the playoffs.
Division Winner Odds
While the Philadelphia Eagles and Chicago Bears have won the NFC East and North, respectively, the NFC West and South remain up for grabs.
In the West, the Seattle Seahawks are the front-runner with -105 odds on DraftKings Sportsbook, while the San Francisco 49ers (+210) and Los Angeles Rams (+340) remain in contention. LA would need to win its final two games while also getting a loss from both Seattle and San Francisco. The 49ers, meanwhile, face the Seahawks in Week 18 and could clinch the division by winning out.
As previously mentioned, the Panthers could clinch the NFC South if the Buccaneers fall to the Dolphins on Sunday. If not, the two will duke it out for the division title in Week 18. Tampa is currently favored at -150, while Carolina sits at +125.
In the AFC, all but one division remains undecided after the Broncos clinched the AFC West on Saturday.
The New England Patriots are -600 favorites to win the AFC East, while the Buffalo Bills hold long +450 odds. New England can clinch the division with a win and a Buffalo loss on Sunday.
As outlined above, the Steelers (-425) can clinch the AFC North with a win over the Browns on Sunday. Otherwise, they’ll meet the Ravens (+330) in a division-deciding matchup in Week 18.
Down in the AFC South, the Jacksonville Jaguars hold -220 odds to win the division, while the Houston Texans are listed at +180. Jacksonville is unable to clinch this week after Houston’s win on Saturday secured a postseason berth, but a Jaguars loss to the Colts would leave both teams tied at 11–5 heading into Week 18.
No. 1 Seed Odds
The Broncos have positioned themselves for the AFC’s top seed with -425 odds. The NFC remains wide open, and the race will likely come down to the NFC West.
Current division leader Seattle holds +100 odds to secure the No. 1 seed on DraftKings Sportsbook, followed by San Francisco (+210) and Los Angeles (+500). After clinching the NFC North on Saturday, the Bears also have an outside shot at claiming the conference’s top seed at +600.
